Brondex is committed to respecting your privacy and to complying with applicable data protection and privacy laws. If you do submit personal information by signing up to our products and services or completing a web form registration/enter a competition, for example, you can be assured that we will use your personal information only to support your continuing relationship with Brondex.

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Brondex will use your data to contact you by post, telephone, email or other electronic messaging service to provide products relating to Brondex Motorsport such as information on new products or events we will be attending. When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device.

Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site.

WHAT IS A COOKIE?

Cookies are small text files that are stored on the User’s device when visiting a website. On each subsequent visit cookies are re-sent to the site that originated them (first-party cookies) or to another website that recognises them (third party cookies). Cookies are useful because they allow websites to identify the user’s device. They have several functionalities, such as allowing the visitor to surf efficiently through pages, recalling bookmarked websites and, in general, improving the web browsing experience. Based on their function and purpose, cookies are grouped into technical cookies, profiling cookies and third-party cookies.

TECHNICAL COOKIES

Technical cookies have the purpose to enable functions that are necessary to fully use all the features of the WEBSITE. These cookies allow to activate procedures which are based on several steps (subsequent pages, i.e. a contact request), allow to track the user’s preferences, in relation to the WEBSITE content to view, and to functionalities to activate or deactivate. PROFILING COOKIES

Profiling cookies have the purpose to provide a better user experience on the WEBSITE, by suggesting content that corresponds to the user’s preferences selected during navigation, based on viewed content and other user-related parameters. THIRD PARTY COOKIES

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to: - Communicate with you; - Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and - When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services. We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. DATA RETENTION

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
